Bachelor of Business Administration – Managing People
Program brief:
In this program, students will learn in-depth knowledge about Managing People. The program will cover personnel management, industrial relations and organizational behavior.
Also, they will acquire the required skills to work in any field of human resources and managing people. By the end of this program, students will be able to design and implement staff planning, job analysis and design, appraisal of staff performance and assessment of training needs.
The program duration is 4 years. Students will study selected modules specialized in Managing People. They will finish each module within a period of 4 weeks.
Once they graduate, students will earn a BBA in Managing People and in addition a level 6 UK diploma issued by ATHE with an additional fee.
