Program Brief:

In this program, students will explore the hospitality industry and learn its trade secrets. Students will learn the techniques of the Swiss art of hospitality management.

Also, they will develop their professional communication skills and personal development skills. At the end of the program, students will have 6 months of global internship where they can implement everything they learned from the program in real life situation.

The program duration is 3 years. Students will study selected modules specialized in Hospitality Management. They will finish each module within a period of 4 weeks.

Once they graduate, students will earn BBA in Hospitality Management and in addition a level 6 UK diploma issued by ATHE.

Program Structure:

Students will study selected modules specialized in Hospitality Management as follows:

Total Class hour per program is 180 ECTS.

Total of 10 modules a year totalling 60 ECTS per full time school year.

Each module equals to 6 ECTS.

Research project/On the job training is equal to 12 ECTS and 360 learning hours.

The main focus of this program is on practical skills. Students will take less modules and more internships. Students will be taught and work in Zurich where they will learn about modern hospitality management. Students will have 5 months of internship or projects every year. During their study, students will get used to the city hospitality environment where there are diverse groups of people to work with. Students will work with people who come for vacations in Zurich or work with businessmen who come to zurich for one or two days to attend meetings. The program is industry- focused so that graduates can function effectively as professionals at various level in real life jobs.
