Program Brief:

You have a good job and aspire to go up to the next level but you do not have the required experience and qualification. No worries - you are not alone. There’s a huge number of employees who feel the same way and share the same problem that you have:

OUR MBA is designed to give you the tools and knowledge to grow without interrupting your current plans.

We teach 8  modules throughout the program. Each module takes 4 weeks to finish. Once we have finished teaching all the 8 modules we will start over again. This teaching plan gives students the chance to study at their own convenience- meaning students can skip a month or more due to personal or other reasons and they can join the missed module when we teach it again after 8 months.

Students can choose to join one module at a time and may not necessarily complete the entire program at one go. For example they may just want to do a few modules each summer and finish the program in 2 or 3 years. It is entirely up to the individual student.

 

IBAS gives our students the flexibility that no other institution will allow.

Program Structure

Flexi-MBA is a business administration focus program. Students will finish 8 specialized modules within the period of 8 months. Each one of these modules will take the students to the depth of different managerial areas. The program’s modules are:

International Business Environment


The unit will enable learners to explore the changing international business environment and develop knowledge and understanding of how organisations respond.

Finance for Strategic Management


The learners will develop knowledge, understanding and skills that will enable them to analyse internal and publicly available financial information. This will help to enhance strategic decision making.

Personal Development for Leadership & Strategic Management

This unit aims to help learners develop their own personal leadership and management skills in the context of the creation and achievement of organisational vision and strategic direction.

Research for Strategic Development


The aim of this unit is to develop the knowledge, understanding and skills required to carry out research to meet the needs of strategic business management.

Organizational Behaviour


The aim of this unit is to help learners develop an understanding of how organisational behaviour, structure, culture, motivation, creativity and leadership impact an organisation’s effectiveness and efficiency.

Corporate Communication


Learners will have the opportunity to develop skills in auditing corporate communications and planning a corporate communication strategy

International Marketing


Learners will be able to develop an international marketing strategy and understand the implications and requirements of international marketing communications.

Strategic Planning


The aim of this unit is to develop the knowledge, understanding and skills necessary to develop an organisational strategic plan.






Students have 2 options to choose from in this program:

Option 1

(duration of 8 months)


- Students undertake 1 trip to Zurich to go through classes for 4 modules and 1 industrial visit.


-They will then have access to synchronized lessons and online materials for these 4 modules. Students must finish each module within 1 month.


- After that students will have online materials and synchronized lessons for the other 4 modules which they have to finish each of them within 1 month.

Option 2

(duration of 8 months)


- Students undertake the first trip to Zurich to go through classes for 4 modules and 1 industrial visit.


-They will then have access to synchronized lessons and online materials for these 4 modules. Students must finish each module within 1 month.


-After that, Students undertake the second trip to Zurich to go through classes for the next  4 modules and another industrial visit.


-Finally, students will have online materials and synchronized lessons for the other 4 modules which they have to finish each of them within 1 month.

Evaluation & Awarding


-Instructors will give students some assignments during each module to be done by the students.

-Students must prepare a project paper and presentation for each module.

-There are no exams, only practical real-life projects and assignments


-Once the students have submitted their assignments and project papers, their work will be reviewed and evaluated. Students who fulfil the requirements will be awarded MBA Degree from IBAS.

Natalia has 25 years of Management, Entrepreneurship and Leadership experience with Start-Ups, Scale-Ups & Corporate Businesses. 5 years as a Management Consultant.

Name. Henry Ovo Erimodafe

Nationality: Swiss


Henry is chairman of the board of directors of UBS Nigeria Limited. He has about 20 years of experience in the international banking sector in Switzerland.

Ms. Dagmara Rajska

Nationality: French, Polish


. Dagmara Rajska holds an MA in Law from Warsaw and Aix-Marseille University. She is pursuing her full-time career as a business lawyer in Aix-en-Provence in France.

Mr. Martin Nielsen

Nationality: Denmark


Started his first company at the age of 14. He is a real entrepreneur. Worked in IT and sales right after finishing his Master Degree in International Trade from a top European University. Currently the CEO for a group of companies he founded in Asia, Middle East, USA and Europe.

Ms. Hema Dorasisamy

Nationality: Malaysian


Hema Doraisamy is currently the Head of Academics & Quality Control Officer for My Global World. She holds an Executive MBA from Asia e University, Malaysia & is currently pursuing her Doctorate Degree studies at IBSS.
